Operations Support Representative

ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Accurately and efficiently analyze the customer data and categorize them as per the organizations requirements, while maintaining a high level of commitment to achieve quality and productivity goals.
• Proofing material, reviewing discrepancies, and responding accordingly with a high focus on attention to detail.
• Professionally communicate with customers globally via email/phone to verify their operations and update the Mouser database accurately and efficiently.
• Adapting to changing situations and restructuring tasks and priorities as changes occur within the business and organization.
• Electronic filing, keeping records, and preparing and documents using an OCR software.
• Working independently, or as a team contributor, towards excellence in quality and results driven.

Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.

SKILLS & CERTIFICATIONS

• Detailed and thorough in work habits.
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local language (if different).
• Able to type data for long periods of time.
• Proficient in typing and math.
• Proficient with internet, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software.
• Able to use, read, and interpret spreadsheets, and printed reports.
• Good knowledge of the electronics industry is preferable.

Operations Support Representative I

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience within electronic industry is preferable.

Operations Support Representative II

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and provide floor support to resolve process queries.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years within electronic industry experience required. For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.

Operations Support Representative III

• Provide training to new joiners and guide them through on the job training in the absence of Senior Operations Support Representative.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years within electronic industry experience required. For internal candidates, experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.

Senior Operations Support Specialist

• Provide training to new joiners and guide them through on the job learning.
• Do quality checks of the work carried out by the employees and provide appropriate feedback.
• Assist Department Management with task assignment and report preparation.
• Team subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 6+ years within electronic industry experience required.
• Internal candidates:
  • Experience can be a combination of internal and external experience.
  • Minimum Highly Effective performance in current role.
