About the role

At i360technologies, we deliver business consulting and technology solutions that support the mission of federal agencies. We are hiring an Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Designer/Developer to help a major federal agency modernize how it manages money. This is a one-of-a-kind, 10-year financial management transformation, replacing legacy systems with a modern cloud platform used across the agency.

You'll build the financial analytics and reporting the agency uses to see its data clearly and track performance. Centralizing financial data and improving reporting and analytics is a core goal of the program. This role offers the chance to shape enterprise analytics for a major agency and grow with the program for years.

Why AI Matters Here

AI is central to how this team delivers, at every level. We want developers who use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to write and optimize SQL, design data models, prototype dashboards and KPIs, validate financial data, and document their work. Experienced team members also help early-career colleagues use AI well. Be ready to show us how AI has made your work faster and better.

What You Will Do

  • Design and develop Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) solutions.
  • Develop dashboards, visualizations, and analytical content.

  • Extend standard FDI/Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) content.
  • Validate financial data and reporting accuracy.
  • Optimize dashboard and query performance.
  • Support security and role-based access to analytics.
  • Support testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, and documentation, and mentor junior team members in doing the same.

Required Qualifications

  • 5 years of Oracle analytics and reporting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence and/or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
  • Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) experience.
  • Strong data modeling skills.
  • Financial analytics and reporting experience.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP data.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate development, analysis, or problem solving.

What You'll Gain

  • A leading role on a decade-long federal modernization program.
  • The chance to shape enterprise financial analytics for a major federal agency.
  • Long-term stability with growing scope, responsibility, and leadership opportunity.
  • Experience leading AI-enabled analytics delivery on a high-profile federal program.

What Success Looks Like

  • Dashboards, KPIs, and semantic models are delivered on schedule with minimal rework.
  • Financial data in reports ties to the source and is trusted by users.
  • Dashboards and queries perform well under real use.
  • You use AI to deliver faster and help junior team members do the same.

Security & Eligibility Requirements

  • S. Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency with a minimum of three (3) years of U.S. residency
