About the role
The Parking Attendant will support daily parking operations at Arrive Hollywood, focusing on customer service, traffic flow, parking assistance, and maintaining a safe, clean, professional parking environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist customers as they enter and exit the parking facility.
- Provide directions and parking assistance to residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor parking areas and report access, equipment, safety, or operational issues.
- Assist with vehicle traffic and congestion during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned parking areas.
- Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with parking management and other team members as necessary.
- Follow PCI operating procedures, safety requirements, and customer-service standards.
- Perform other parking-related duties assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in an active parking-garage environment.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous parking, hospitality, security, or customer-service experience preferred.
