National Dispatch Center (NDC) – Parts Processing Specialist

What you will do

The NDC Parts Processing Coordinator (PPC) is responsible for placing part and material orders, as well as effectively communicating tracing, tracking, and delivery status updates with a sense of urgency to support field operation activities within the Security Domain of JCI.This position partners closely with SDC (Service Dispatch Coordinators), SDC Team Managers, field Technician and Service Team Managers, internal Operational Excellence partners, peers, and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery.

How you will do it

As a Parts Processing Coordinator team member working in the Kansas City National Dispatch Center, it is important to be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, data driven environment. and will have experience dealing with manufacturers, vendors, third-party equipment, suppliers and domestic shippers.  This candidate should be well organized, reliable, professional, and will have experience dealing with electronic ordering and shipping, exhibit excellent communication skills, enterprise resource planning application knowledge, Microsoft Excel skills, strong organizational and decision-making skills.  Being flexible and able to deal with rapid change at a moment’s notice is key.

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $20.67 - $27 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
