This role is well suited for someone who is organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a temporary assignment with the potential to convert to a full-time role. Any conversion will depend on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support contractor agreements, onboarding, Workday records, and offboarding.
  • Process employee changes and maintain accurate and complete records in Workday.
  • Support employment verifications and other routine employee matters.

Workday and Team Support

  • Help employees and managers navigate Workday processes, troubleshoot issues, and keep requests moving.
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, review data quality, and partner with the HRIS team to improve reporting.
  • Support annual People processes, including goal setting, performance, promotion, and compensation reviews.
  • Update People policies, process guides, and employee communications, while identifying practical ways to improve the employee experience.
  • Support People Team initiatives such as internships, employee events, benefits enrollment, and employee resource group activity.

Learning and Development

  • Coordinate learning programs for employees at different career stages.
  • Manage registration, calendar invitations, attendance, materials, participant communications, and follow-up.
  • Maintain learning records, trackers, resources, and recordings across SharePoint and other platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal facilitators, external vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Administer participant surveys and prepare clear summaries of participation, completion, and feedback data.

Qualifications

  • At least two years of relevant experience in Human Resources, People Operations, Learning and Development, or a related role. Professional services experience is helpful.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
  • A practical, service-oriented approach, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information.
  • Experience using Workday is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with an interest in using AI and new tools responsibly.
