About the role

To develop quality Enterprise solutions to meet customer business requirements. The process starts with the collection and analysis of all pertinent data essential to understanding customer requirements. The role takes responsibility for solution design inclusive of the underlying technical architecture, service level agreements, overall solution costing, delivery planning and representation of that solution as required.

Working in support of customer facing sales team members, you will be responsible for ensuring technical, commercial and solution validation are completed in a timely manner which will result in growth for the Korea business.

You will be part of the Orange ASEAN, Korea and Japan presales team and participate in team meetings as well as engaging on a daily basis with the Korea based team members for whom you are developing solutions with.

Key accountabilities:

Participate in bid qualification and definition of the bid strategy Mid to large, complex or non-standard sales projects relating to all Orange Business Units solutions line (including in future Orange’s strategy BUs).

Provide presales design support for both new and existing customers requiring Orange Business Solutions across LAN, WAN, Security and service management in support of sales.

Support customer facing team members to complete solution design validation and costing activities

Maintain a thorough understanding of the external tools that are required in conjunction with internal tools, systems and processes in order to develop quality / approved technical proposals to customers.

Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge of all Orange Business products, services and solutions sets

About you

1. Experience in sales support and design of Enterprise IT solutions:

• Technical Experience in SDLAN, SDWAN such as Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, etc.
• Technical Experience in Security such as Fortinet, Palo Alto, Zscaler, Netskope
• knowledge of Cloud and AI is a plus

2. Excellent storytelling to map features (e.g., real-time analytics) to business value like cost savings or improved user experience, with polished demos for CTOs and execs

3. Proven ability to collect and interpret customers’ requirements to produce cost effective and efficient solutions designs to meet complex needs of our customers

4. Ability to engage at a detailed technical level

• engage and partner with internal team members at a detailed technical level• deliver proposals which articulate Orange value for the benefit of the customer• understand key partner and vendor products as required to deliver fully integrated solutions• Technical knowledge to facilitate design of managed services• Ability to work independently to achieve an outcome

5. Minimum BSc degree in telecommunications, electrical engineering, information technology and systems or other relevant field. Technical certification in related field (i.e. Cisco, Fortinet, Aruba, Zscaler, Palo Alto etc.)
