About the role
Role Description
As a Program Manager in Business Operations at Gridware, you'll lead company-wide initiatives spanning growth, field operations, and product and device operations.. You'll bring structure to ambiguous, high-stakes work by aligning stakeholders, sequencing the work, and keeping leadership clear on progress, risks, and decisions. You should be equally comfortable working through operational details with your program peers as you are presenting a recommendation to technical leaders. This role reports into Business Operations and partners closely with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal.
Responsibilites
- Own end-to-end execution of cross-functional programs, from scoping through delivery and handoff.
- Define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria, and keep them current as priorities shift.
- Drive a portfolio of strategic programs across growth, field operations, and product lifecycle.
- Identify risks and dependencies early, surface trade-offs to decision-makers, and unblock teams.
- Turn what we learn from each program into repeatable playbooks, processes, and tools the company can reuse.
- Build clear program visibility, including dashboards, status reporting, and executive updates, so leadership always knows where things stand.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, business operations, strategy and operations, or a related cross-functional role.
- Proven track record of leading multi-stakeholder programs from ambiguity to delivery in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong planning, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear plans and concise recommendations.
- Comfort working with field, hardware, and technical teams, and technical leaders.
- Ability to build structure and process where none exists yet.
