Qualification Center Agent - Part Time

What is the essence of the role?

As a Qualification Center Agent you will be contacting MBA and Master’s candidates who have registered for our higher education events worldwide. Your primary focus will be making outbound calls to candidates who have already expressed interest in our events

This is a part-time temporary position for a period offered under a civil contract. In the event of your successful outcomes, we may proceed to extend to you a long-term commitment.

What will your job look like?

·         Conducting short telephone interviews with prospective students in English to evaluate and qualify their skills

·         Providing
candidates with relevant information regarding business schools’ programs and admission services

·         Qualifying MBA candidates as potential leads for both business schools and admission preparation centers

·         Entering candidates’ feedback about our events into our internal software

·         Participating in online events - organizing meetings between business schools with candidates

What do you need to be successful?

·         At least 6 months of full-time work experience, ideally in a call center

·         Experience with international communication
would be a plus

·         Excellent communication skills and strong sense of responsibility

·         Outgoing and results-driven attitude

·         Fluent written and verbal English is an absolute must

Our office is comfortable and stylish, located in the heart of Sofia. The position is not remote but we have a flexible home office policy.
