Job Description:

Objective: Ensure continuously improving manufacturing quality.

Scope of responsibilities within Quality Assurance:

• Final inspections prior to shipment, including verification of compliance with specified quality requirements and parameters.
• Production support and monitoring, including participation in regular review meetings (SIM Boards) and ongoing defect analysis.
• Support in conducting quality audits (both internal and customer audits), including, where required, accompanying and supporting the Deutsche Bahn acceptance inspector.
• Perform re-inspections and verify the interaction of individual components and assemblies to ensure functional performance.
• Analyze and resolve simple quality issues and customer complaints.
• Initiate corrective actions, verify their effectiveness, and prepare inspection reports.
• Independently collect, process, and evaluate quality-related data (process analysis).
• Decide on the usability of products returned from customer sites or project dismantling activities.
• Conduct reliability investigations, including statistical evaluations.
• Prepare statistical analyses and reports on the failure behavior of finished products and evaluate root causes, including the creation of documentation, charts, and graphs for presentations and technical reports.

Ziel: Die Gewährleistung einer sich kontinuierlichen verbessernden Fertigungsqualität.

Umfasst Aufgabengebiet innerhalb der Qualitätssicherung:

-        Abnahmekontrollen vor Auslieferung - Prüfung der Einhaltung vorgegebener Qualitätsparameter

-        Fertigungsbegleitung, ggf. Teilnahme an Regelrunden (SIM Boards) und regelmäßige Fehlerauswertung

-        Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Qualitätsaudits (intern als auch Kundenaudits), ggf. Begleitung und Betreuung des DB Abnahmeprüfers

-        Nachprüfungen durchführen, Prüfen des Zusammenwirkens einzelner Komponenten und Baugruppen zur Funktionsgewährleistung

-        Analyse und Klärung von einfachen Qualitätsproblemen / Reklamationen

-        Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Überprüfung deren Wirksamkeit Erstellung von Prüfberichten

-        Selbstständiges Erfassen, Verarbeiten und Auswerten von Q- Daten (Prozessanalyse)

-        Entscheidung über die Verwendbarkeit von Produkten bei Rücklieferungen (Baustellen-auflösungen)

-        Zuverlässigkeitsuntersuchungen inkl. statistischer Auswertungen

Statistische Analyse und Berichterstattung vom Ausfallverhalten der Endprodukte aufbereiten und bezüglich der Ursachen auswerten (Erstellen von Unterlagen und Grafiken für Präsentationen und Vorträgen)
