Diversified is a third-generation, family-owned business. Join our team as a Registration Coordinator!

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll be the person who makes sure attendees have a smooth, professional experience from the moment they register to the moment they walk onsite. As a Registration Coordinator, you'll build and maintain registration sites, partner with vendors and staffing agencies, and work hand in hand with event teams across the company. If you love turning details into seamless experiences, this role puts you at the center of how our events begin.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build great registration experiences: You'll design, test, and maintain multiple online event registration pages, using rigorous quality assurance to keep them accurate and easy to use.
  • Shape registration strategy: You'll collaborate with event teams and vendors to develop and execute registration strategies that support attendance and revenue goals.
  • Be the go-to contact: You'll serve as the primary point of contact for registration questions, offering timely support and troubleshooting to internal stakeholders and external customers, including by monitoring the team's centralized inbox.
  • Turn data into decisions: You'll generate custom registration reports and assist the Registration Manager with invoice processing and financial documentation.
  • Run onsite registration: You'll manage onsite logistics, creating detailed layouts and staging guides that specify signage, technology, electrical, and furnishing needs.
  • Lead onsite teams: You'll research and contract with local staffing agencies, coordinate temporary staffing, and travel to events to oversee onsite registration operations and staff.
  • Partner with vendors: You'll maintain the relationship with the registration vendor call center to keep support and communication seamless.
  • Support and teach others: You'll provide technical assistance for event mobile apps and train internal stakeholders, including new hires and existing users, on registration platforms.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Professional experience: You have 1-2 years of experience in an office or professional environment.
  • Tech skills: You're proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Excel. Experience with Cvent (or other registration platforms), Workfront, Smartsheet and/or Jira is a plus. You’re curious about AI and open to using it to work smarter.
  • Organization and prioritization: You can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: You're committed to accuracy in everything you deliver.
  • Curiosity and innovation: You naturally look for ways to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Flexible teamwork: You're a versatile team player who supports cross-functional initiatives and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Clear communication and initiative: You communicate effectively at all levels, verbally and in writing, and work with a self-motivated, accountable, results-driven approach.

TRAVEL: Travel is required (3-6+ weeks/year) and may include international travel.
