Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Hotel Reservations Specialist, you may:

• Prepare lodging recommendations based on client preferences and travel needs.

• Coordinate reservations with travel suppliers and hotel partners.

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and bookings.

• Respond professionally to client questions via email, phone, or virtual communication tools.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.

• Stay informed about travel industry updates and hotel offerings.

Qualifications

Individuals accepted into the program operate their own independent travel business while accessing training, technology, and support through our organization.
