We are hiring a Resident Services Coordinator at our hi-rise community in Perrysville to help our senior residents connect with essential community resources so they can safely and comfortably "age in place."

Key Responsibilities of the Resident Services Coordinator:

• Resident Advocacy: Guide residents on Medicare, Medicaid, and local social services.
• Community Outreach: Partner with healthcare providers to coordinate care and discharge transitions.
• Events & Engagement: Plan educational workshops, classes, and community events.
• Communication: Draft monthly newsletters, flyers, and resident welcome packets.
• Documentation: Keep clear, confidential resident records and interaction logs.

Qualifications of the Resident Services Coordinator:

• Degree in Social Work (or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a "people-first" mindset.
• Ability to build trust with seniors while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Proficient with basic computer software and reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.

Salary Description

$18+ per hour based on experience
