RMA Technician

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm with a 1-hour paid lunch break

Job Duties:

• Inspect computers and their components for physical damage, missing parts, or defects before making any physical repairs
• Follow PC troubleshooting guidelines 
• Document all troubleshooting steps, repairs, and updates in the applicable software
• Perform repairs on PCs
• Flash BIOS/firmware updates to the most up-to-date revisions where applicable
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation
• Perform additional related duties, as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of gaming PCs

Physical Demands:

• Must possess mobility to work in a standard warehouse setting; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen; hearing and speech to communicate in person; finger dexterity to access, enter, and retrieve computer data 
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier weights with the proper equipment 
• Able to stand for the duration of the shift 
• Able to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and climb to perform work
