Secondary Operations Associate

Reporting to the Secondary Operations Supervisor our Secondary Operations Associates are responsible the completed assembly for one of our customers. They are also pivotal in working as a team on a pack out line completing sets for our customers.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Packaging

• Assembly

• Foaming

• Ability to use tools such as mallets, drill press and rivet gun

• Maintaining a clean work environment

• Following rules and regulations/safety guidelines

• Willingness to work with others in a team environment

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Ability to multitask.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain good punctuality and be a dependable team player.

• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers.

• Must be reliable and maintain open communication with management to achieve all goals and

• production requirements.

• Ability to follow standard work regulations and processes.

• Open to cross-training in other functions/departments

• Basic Math Skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 pounds

• Bending, lifting, and kneeling
