UCT is looking for a talented Sr Order Process Support to join us in Tainan!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer Service – Contact customers for billing issues and etc.
• Input order data into MRP system
• Review, process and track orders and billing accuracy
• Ensure proper pricing updated in the system in timely manner.
• Support account managers for data analysis.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• At least 3+ years of progressive experience in planning/customer service required.
• Excellent communication skills across the organization functional teams and customers
• Good skill in Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Data Entry and Data Verification
• Good command in English writing and reading is a plus.

Educational/Certification Requirement:

• Minimum High School diploma.

Experience Requirement:

• Work Experience: 3+ yrs.
