The Role

This SOW outlines the requirements for the Senior Software Engineer role.

The objective is to design, build and deliver quality travel products that are secure and scalable, contributing to Collinson's position as a leader in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver design, development, testing, integration and related engineering activities as required.
• Deliver specific tasks, deliverables and timelines as defined and prioritised progressively by the End Client during the engagement.
• Act as a key figure in one of the cross-functional teams, designing and building cloud-native products from the ground up.
• Take ownership of features and new capabilities, working closely with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager and teammates to deliver high-quality software that is reliable, scalable and secure.
• Work hands-on every day: refining stories, writing code, reviewing pull requests and solving interesting technical problems.
• Bring strong engineering practices to the team and help shape the way we build software.
• Act as a point of reference for others on the team through technical depth and experience; the role is not expected to manage people.
• Use AI for productivity boost and quality delivery.
