About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical partner for customers integrating tokenized financial products via APIs and SDKs. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, blockchain technology, and customer-facing problem solving.
This is not a support role. You will own complex integrations, guide customers through architectural decisions, and influence product and engineering priorities through direct customer feedback.
What You’ll Do
Lead customer integrations from technical discovery through production launch
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex and high-impact customers
Translate customer business needs into scalable technical solutions
Design, build, and occasionally extend backend APIs and services using JavaScript and TypeScript
Help customers understand blockchain concepts such as tokenization and smart contract interactions
Clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve APIs, SDKs, and developer experience
Mentor junior solutions engineers and contribute to best practices and internal tooling
What We’re Looking For
Required
6+ years of backend engineering experience (JavaScript / TypeScript)
Strong experience designing and working with APIs and SDKs
Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or customer-facing technical role
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts
Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers
Ability to work independently and own technical outcomes
Preferred
Experience in fintech or financial infrastructure
Familiarity with smart contract security, upgradeability patterns, and gas optimization
Experience designing maintainable, testable TypeScript codebases
Previous mentorship or technical leadership experience
