Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
  • Experience with optical testing (MTF, SFR calibration), cleanroom operations, and cosmetic/visual inspection setup.
  • Site-leadership experience at vendor facilities, driving multi-line production scaling, defect reduction, and technical risk management.
  • Proficiency with Statistical Process Control, Process Capability/Process Capability Index evaluations, Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, and Design of Experiments methodologies.
  • Strong technical communication skills with a proven ability to present operational risks and progress reports to cross-functional engineering leads.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Optical, Materials Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
