- Lead shift operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient data centre performance, including after-hours support.
- Monitor and manage critical electrical infrastructure (UPS, generators, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution systems) to maintain maximum availability and resilience.
- Lead incident response and escalation management, coordinating cross-functional teams to minimize operational impact and restore services.
- Ensure compliance and coordinate maintenance activities, including safety procedures, permit-to-work requirements, testing, and commissioning.
- Manage stakeholder communications and drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- ควบคุมดูแลและบริหารจัดการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานระบบไฟฟ้าที่สำคัญ (UPS, เครื่องกำเนิดไฟฟ้า, สวิตช์เกียร์, หม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า และระบบกระจายกำลังไฟฟ้า)

- นำการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ขัดข้องและการส่งต่อเรื่องตามลำดับขั้นตอน (Escalation) โดยประสานงานกับทีมต่างสายงานเพื่อลดผลกระทบต่อการปฏิบัติงานให้น้อยที่สุดและฟื้นฟูระบบให้กลับมาบริการได้ตามปกติ
- กำกับดูแลการปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและประสานงานกิจกรรมการบำรุงรักษา รวมถึงขั้นตอนด้านความปลอดภัย ข้อกำหนดของใบอนุญาตเข้าทำงาน (Permit-to-Work) การทดสอบระบบ และการทดสอบเพื่อเปิดใช้งานจริง (Commissioning)
