Shift Supervisor - Burger King

Job Description:

Oversee daily operations of a Burger King shift, ensuring efficient service, high-quality food, and a positive customer experience. This role involves leading a team, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:
* Supervise and train team members, providing guidance and constructive feedback.
* Ensure adherence to all Burger King operational standards, including food safety, quality control, and cleanliness.
* Manage cash handling procedures, including register reconciliation and bank deposits.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and professionally.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking supplies.
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
* Prepare food items according to Burger King specifications.
* Open and close the restaurant according to established procedures.
* Motivate and coach team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Job Qualifications:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Basic math and computer proficiency.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
