Your impact
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will:
- Lead the design, development and delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions
- Drive technical excellence through solution design, architecture decisions and engineering best practice
- Mentor and coach engineers, helping to build a strong engineering culture and capability across the team
- Partner with Product Owners, Crew Tech Leads and stakeholders to balance customer outcomes, technology strategy and delivery priorities
- Champion DevSecOps, full-cycle ownership and automation across the software development lifecycle
- Explore emerging technologies and innovative approaches that improve customer experiences and engineering efficiency
We’re interested in hearing from people who
- Have extensive software engineering experience building enterprise applications using .NET, .NET Core, C#, REST APIs and microservices
- Bring strong cloud engineering capability and experience delivering solutions on AWS
- Have experience developing modern web applications using Angular, React or similar front-end frameworks
- Understand software architecture patterns, event-driven systems and distributed application design
- Have worked with CI/CD pipelines, containerisation technologies and observability tooling
- Demonstrate a passion for technical leadership, mentoring and driving engineering standards
- Thrive in Agile environments and enjoy solving complex business and technology challenges
- Continuously seek opportunities to learn, innovate and improve the way teams deliver value
