Operations Supervisor

Your role on the team:
- Supervises import team personnel by managing workflow and team productivity and addressing employee performance and additional personnel standards
- Prepares and monitors customs compliance and broker management reports
- Maintains communication with customers and provides market competitive rate quotes
- Develops Internal Operating Procedures OOP) based on customer specifications
- Handles accounting processes; including monitoring APIAR issues, Post Entry reviews and audits
What you need:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity, Customs Broker License preferred
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Incredible work ethic
