About the role

IBMC is assisting a fast-growing UK third-party logistics (3PL) and e-commerce fulfillment group in hiring a technical Systems and Integrations Analyst. Operating across multiple logistics divisions, our client connects client sales channels (Shopify, NetSuite, marketplaces) with warehouse management systems (Mintsoft) and global shipping carriers (DHL, Evri, Royal Mail). This role will be managed through IBMC, serving as the technical backbone for client onboarding and technology stack maintenance.

We are seeking a meticulous, process-driven Systems and Integrations Analyst to own the technical onboarding of new clients and carriers into our client’s warehouse and order management environment. In this high-responsibility role, you will scope, configure, test, and support API/webhook connections, SKU mapping, order routing rules, and carrier label integrations. You will serve as the primary second-line technical support for system data queries, maintain error queues daily, and build the technical runbooks and policy packs that ensure flawless, repeatable go-lives.

Working Schedule & Location

  • Working Hours: 100% aligned with UK Business Hours (Minimum core overlap: 09:00 to 17:00 UK Time, Monday to Friday / Evening-Night WIB).

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Technical Onboarding: Scope technical requirements (sales channels, order flows, stock feeds, despatch confirmations) and configure connections between client stores (Shopify, NetSuite, marketplaces) and the Mintsoft WMS.
  • Rigorous Testing & Go-Live: Execute end-to-end testing for every integration (orders, stock sync, despatch updates, tracking, returns) with documented test evidence before approving go-live.
  • Carrier & Platform Integrations: Set up and maintain carrier connections (DHL, Evri, and others) for shipping labels, manifests, and tracking updates. Liaise directly with vendor technical teams to resolve API connection issues.
  • Error Queue & Second-Line Support: Monitor system error queues daily, triaging connection failures on the same working day. Serve as the go-to specialist for internal data queries from customer service, finance, and operations.
  • Stack Ownership & Runbooks: Maintain the systems inventory, document configuration runbooks for every live integration, and build a technical onboarding policy pack (checklists, testing criteria, credential security, change control).
  • Compliance & Security: Adhere strictly to change control procedures (no live integration changes without an approved change note) and least-privilege credential security standards.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years of technical experience in systems integration, e-commerce operations, or technical support roles with hands-on setup experience.
  • E-commerce Platform Mastery: Direct hands-on experience configuring Shopify (store setup, apps, fulfillment connections) and ERP/OMS systems.
  • WMS / OMS Knowledge: Practical experience working with Warehouse Management Systems or Order Management Systems (Mintsoft experience is a major plus; comparable WMS like Linworks, Peoplevox, or ShipHero accepted).
  • Technical Connectivity: Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, CSV/flat-file data exchanges, and reading technical documentation to configure and troubleshoot connections.
  • Structured Testing Approach: Proven ability to design and execute end-to-end integration test scenarios with documented proof prior to go-live.
  • Language Proficiency: C1 Level or above in English (written and spoken) to comfortably run technical calls with UK carriers, clients, and platform leads.
  • Shift Availability: Dedicated full-shift availability across UK business hours.
  • Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, major UK/European carrier integrations (DHL, Evri, Royal Mail, DPD), basic SQL query skills, and documentation platforms like Notion.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package aligned with technical systems management experience.
  • Direct exposure to international 3PL e-commerce operations and enterprise software architecture.
  • Structured 30-60-90 day onboarding roadmap with clear KPI targets.
  • Professional environment supported through IBMC’s hub infrastructure.
