What You Will Do
The Systems Support & Eligibility Manager serves as a key leader within the Office of Information Services (OIS), guiding development teams, shaping modernization strategies, and supporting mission‑critical applications that directly impact service delivery to Ohioans. You will oversee development efforts, guide technical direction, manage staff performance, and collaborate with partners across ODJFS to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. This position blends operational leadership with strategic influence, offering the opportunity to modernize a high‑impact system while strengthening team capabilities.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Leading and overseeing the SETS‑R development team, ensuring high‑quality design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications.
