Cryoport Systems is growing, and we're looking for two Kitting Team Leads to join our operations team in Villers-le-Bouillet. One position will support the morning shift and one position will support the afternoon shift.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced GMP manufacturing professional who enjoys combining hands-on production work with operational leadership and team support.

Your mission

As a Kitting Team Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily kitting operations. Working closely with the Operations Supervisor, you will coordinate shopfloor activities, support operators, monitor production progress, and help ensure that safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved.

This is a hands-on role: you'll actively participate in production activities while serving as the primary point of contact for operators during your shift.

What you'll do

  • Support and coordinate daily kitting operations in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Ensure production priorities are clearly communicated and executed.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance and support to operators on the shop floor.
  • Monitor workload, production progress, and operational performance.
  • Identify and escalate operational, quality, or resource-related issues.
  • Support onboarding and training of new team members.
  • Ensure GMP compliance and accurate completion of production documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, QA, QC, Logistics, and other departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.

Who we're looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in cleanroom manufacturing, kitting operations, logistics, or another regulated production environment.
  • Good understanding of GMP and quality systems.
  • Previous experience coaching, training, or supporting operators.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Natural leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent French and professional English.
  • Experience with ERP systems, MES platforms, and Microsoft Office is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, technical, or related field is preferred.

As part of a global group, you'll operate in an international environment, using English daily to collaborate across sites, broadening your perspective on different cultures and ways of working.

We offer a competitive salary with extra-legal benefits (meal vouchers, hospitalization insurance, equity and more). Most importantly, you'll contribute to a meaningful mission—advancing therapies in the fight against cancer.
