Technical Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

Technical & Solutions Supports

• Provide technical expert advice in lubrication engineering to support customers.
• Be in charge of technical support for KLTH in his assinged teritory and provide service support to Sales team, MarCom and CSR team.
• Provide on-spot technical service and trouble-shooting solving for the existing customers’s expectation.
• Work closely with sales team on technical issues and contribute to the sales targets.
• Analyze and solve technical issues base on professional experience to enhance customer’s satisfaction.
• Support sales team members for serving customer requirements and expectations related to technical service task. 
• Conduct technical training for customers and our sales team as required.
• Support to develop technical related documents to promote Klüber brand such as technical brochure technical articles etc.

Service Supports

Qualifications:

• Promote our special services base on 4 pillars of Klüber Efficiency Support (KES) together with sales team.  
• Consulting service to improve the energy efficiency of customer equipment verified by energy measurements and provide energy and cost savings reports. 
• Consulting service to manage the lubrication schedule and maintenance programmes considering the necessary lubrication maintenance tasks. 
• Perform onsite inspections including inspection reports with lubricant recommendations to customers as per agreed timeline. [KlüberMonitor]
• Handle lab analysis of lubricant to support our customers and sales team.
• Responsible for customer service to extend ther life cycle of key equipment e.g. large gear drives, high-temp chains and worm gearboxes.
• Support the special projects as assign by superior and required by the business.
