Job Summary
Make a difference in the lives of youth 16-21! Family Youth Interventions-Transitional Living Program (FYITLP) is hiring Transitional Living Specialists to support young adults in a structured residential program. Join FYITLP and help young adults gain the skills and confidence to live independently. If you are compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a difference, this role offers both purpose and flexibility.
What We Offer:
-Pay $15.00/Hour
-Time and half for holidays + shift differential for weekends and midnight shifts

-Flexible schedule that can work around school or a second job while gaining experience in the field.
Schedule:
-Part time: 24 hours per week (works out to about 15 shifts in a month)
-Shifts: 12am-8am, 4pm-12am, and occasional 8am-4pm
-Weekend and Holiday rotation required
-Monthly availability due on the 15th; schedule posted by the 25th
Job Duties:
- Mentor and guide young adults in daily living skills, self-care, and planning
- Support residents with schedules, transportation, and personal growth
- Help implement the TLP curriculum and guidelines
- Ensure safety and compliance with all health and fire regulations
- Facilitate life skills and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with community agencies to connect youth to resources
What We Are Looking For:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass Criminal and Central Registry (child abuse/neglect) background checks
- Negative TB (Tuberculosis) test
- Three professional references
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
