About the Role:
We are a growing company currently seeking hard working, dependable team members to join us. As a Winter Season Driver / Equipment Operator you’ll play a vital role in keeping our customers safe and their properties beautiful. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a passion for winter work, this is a rewarding and challenging position that’s right for you!
Responsibilities:
- Perform winter season duties such as plowing and salting
- Operate truck with plow or other snow clearing equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Follow safety protocols and company policies.
- Communicate with dispatch.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to work outdoors in winter weather.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
- Prior winter season experience is a plus but not required.
- Chauffeur driver license required. CDL-A strongly preferred
