About the role
Responsibilities / Tasks
- Supporting employees in resolving basic hardware and software issues
- Assisting with IT ticket handling and monitoring their resolution by external service providers
- Preparing, configuring, and updating computers, mobile phones, and other devices used by employees
- Providing user support for IT applications and systems
- Assisting in setting up workstations for new employees and supporting organizational changes
- Participating in the creation and maintenance of user documentation and user guides
- Collaborating with IT teams and employees from various departments in Poland and abroad
- Supporting the organization of training sessions and initiatives aimed at improving IT user awareness
- Participating in projects related to the development and continuous improvement of IT services
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Interest in modern technologies and a willingness to develop in the IT field
- Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- English proficiency sufficient for communication and working with technical documentation in English
