Role: Warehouse Associate

Reports to: Distribution Center Manager

FLSA: Non-Exempt

Location: El Cajon/Raleigh

positive impact for our customers and their colleagues every day. You will play a crucial role in

ensuring that high-quality life science products are delivered to our customers accurately and

on time, while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.

What will you do:

• Process orders accurately and efficiently to meet customer expectations
• Able to perform tasks in all the following process paths, receiving, picking, packing &
• shipping
• Package and label shipments following standard operating procedures and complete all
• necessary documentation for hazardous materials
• Assist in proper storage and management of inventory
• Pulling of sample orders
• Building of Maker products as required
• Work collaboratively with your team to foster a positive and supportive work environment
• Operate Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) equipment as needed once trained and authorized
• to move, stage, load, and unload materials.
• If required for compliance, Hazardous Materials (HazMat) Certification or willingness to
• obtain (training provided)
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols

Requirements

What you will bring:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in a stockroom or warehouse is a plus
• Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping programs is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Commitment to adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a safe working
• environment
• Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems
• quickly
• Basic proficiency with computers and scanning equipment preferred, along with familiarity
• with Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Teams
• Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Works efficiently within deadlines

Physical Requirements:

• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift and carry packages weigh 60 lbs. and perform frequent bending, stooping, and reaching
• to handle materials
• Stand and move continuously throughout the shift, including walking and navigating stairs
• Pick, pack, and prepare items accurately and efficiently for shipment

Starting at $20.00/hr. may be higher DOE
