The service

Talnox helps you find jobs and, when you turn on AutoApply, submits job applications on your behalf using your profile, resume, and answers you provide.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us. Applications we submit are made in your name, and you authorize us to submit them to employers and their application systems.

AutoApply and your approvals

In review mode we ask for your approval before submitting. In automatic mode we submit applications that match your settings without asking first. You can pause AutoApply at any time in the app or by replying PAUSE to our messages.

Replies you send by email or text (for example approving a job or answering an application question) are treated as instructions from you.

Automated processing

We use automated systems, including AI models, to match jobs, draft answers to application questions, tailor resumes, and interpret your replies. Suggested answers are marked as suggestions until you accept them.

Messages we send

Using AutoApply includes service emails about your applications (new matches, questions we need answered, and status alerts). Digests and reminders can be turned off in notification settings. Text messages are only sent if you separately opt in; see the SMS Terms.

No guarantee

We don't guarantee interviews, offers, or that any employer will receive or review an application. Employers' sites may change or block automated submissions.

Your account

Keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service, including submitting false information.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll ask you to accept the new version before you continue using AutoApply.
