協助處理基金及投資相關法律議題及文件
本職位最主要的3 – 5項工作職責 (3 - 5 major responsibilities)
1.負責審閱中英文投資及募資相關文件/合約
2.協助業務個案需求做相關法律研究
3.須具備中英文口說能力, 負責與內部各相關部門及外部顧問/律師/投資戶/投資人溝通
基本條件及能力要求 (Minimum requirements)
- 學歷 (education) : 大學或碩士法律相關科系
- 工作經驗 (work experience) : 具投資&基金相關法律知識8年以上經驗
- 專業能力 (professional capabilities) : 具中英文合約審理能力
- 專業證照 (professional license) : 具法律從業資格 (律師證照)
- 語言能力 (language) : 中、英文聽說讀寫流利
- 其他 (others) :
