About the role
About fonio
We grew from $1M to $10M ARR in under 12 months and now serve 10,000+ customers.
Fonio is Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs. Now we’re expanding globally and into new products.
We move fast, take ownership, give direct feedback, and avoid politics and unnecessary meetings.
Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
Your Role
You are the face of fonio. You get in front of the camera, explain AI in a way that gets people excited, and build both brand and conversions at the same time. The challenge: we’re B2B, but we want to build ourselves like a consumer brand.
What You’ll Do
Regularly produce content for TikTok and Instagram: short, entertaining videos about AI, automation, and our products
Contribute ideas, help develop formats, and understand what performs
Think brand and conversion together: you know that great content can do both
Work closely with our Creative Strategist
Who We’re Looking For
You feel at home in front of the camera and you’re entertaining on it
You’re excited about AI and the whole space, not just casually interested
Native-level Spanish + good English skills
What We Offer
Competitive salary: €45,000–€60,000
Equity: you’re helping build this, so you should get a piece of it
Equipment of your choice: whatever makes you happy
Lunch & dinner on us: We cover your lunch and dinner every day, plus unlimited drinks and snacks.
Application Process
15-min intro call
30-min skill interview
20-min culture fit
