1.督導房貸團隊業績目標達成，經營與分行通路之合作關係
2.管理房貸業務人員日常出勤、工作狀態及績效表現
【資格條件】
1.大學(含)以上畢
2.具5年以上房屋貸款、次順位房貸、信貸等消費金融相關業務經驗
3.具備1至2年以上團隊帶領或業務管理實務經驗
【職缺資訊】
．薪資待遇：面議（經常性薪資達4萬元或以上）
．職務屬性：全職
．上班時段：08:50~17:30
．休假制度：週休二日
．工作地點：大台北地區
．可上班日：一個月內
