About the role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join our team on a permanent part-time basis.
Based at the Customer Service Desk in Queensgate Shopping Centre, the key purpose of the Customer Service role is to promote the professional image of the Centre by providing excellent customer service to both our shoppers and our retailers.
- 5.75 hours per week
- Every Sunday, 12.00pm to 5.45pm
There is the potential for additional shifts when coverage is needed and extra hours during our busy Christmas period.
We are looking for someone confident, friendly, outgoing and who really cares about helping people. Ideally, you will be self-motivated, have a willingness to work alone and in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in a customer service or a people-based role is preferred. Computer literacy and previous computer experience would be beneficial. Retail point of sale and cash handling skills would be advantageous.
Full training will be provided to the right candidate.
