  • Coordinate with customers, carriers, freight forwarding teams, customs brokers, overseas offices, and internal operations to obtain missing information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Monitor entry status and shipment releases, identify problem files, and take timely corrective action to prevent delays, storage, or other avoidable costs.
  • Support compliance with applicable Partner Government Agency (PGA) requirements and other import regulations, where applicable.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready entry records and supporting documentation.
  • Escalate unresolved compliance concerns, documentation discrepancies, or operational risks to management as appropriate.

  • Demonstrated ability to process entries independently and resolve more complex customs or documentation issues with limited supervision.
  • Experience reviewing commercial invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and other international trade documentation.
  • Ability to identify documentation discrepancies, troubleshoot entry issues, and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with customs brokerage/entry software is required or strongly preferred.
