The role combines ESG reporting and data management, external assessments—particularly EcoVadis and CDP—and project management of our ESG action plan across functions and geographies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Group’s ESG action plan, with clear owners, milestones, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor progress, identify gaps, and support action owners through implementation.
  • Coordinate the collection, validation, and consolidation of ESG data across functions and geographies.
  • Develop dashboards and management reports to track performance against ESG targets.
  • Improve data quality, governance, traceability, and audit readiness.
  • Lead EcoVadis, CDP, and other relevant ESG assessments and disclosures.
  • Analyze assessment results and translate findings into prioritized improvement actions.
  • Contribute to Group-level ESG reporting and applicable frameworks such as GRI and CSRD.
  • Support external assurance, certifications, and audits by coordinating data and evidence collection.
  • Respond to ESG-related client RFIs and contribute to RFPs.

Qualifications

  • Top university, business or engineer school Master's degree
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in ESG, sustainability, CSR, reporting, or data analysis.
  • Experience preparing EcoVadis and/or CDP submissions is strongly preferred.
  • Good knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure requirements.
  • Strong data management, analysis, and visualization skills.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to translate data and assessment findings into clear, measurable action plans.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, and comfortable working in an international and matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
