Knowledge
- Proven experience in operations support, SQL, Oracle, Windows, Virtual Servers, and Label Printers.
- Advanced knowledge of LAN technologies (CCNA level).
- Required English proficiency.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Basic to intermediate programming skills in Python, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of API integrations, database connectivity, and application development best practices.
- Experience in process automation and digital transformation projects.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and automation capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute and follow up IT policies and procedures.
- Exercise, update, and follow up disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure virtual server farm availability and performance.
- Ensure production floor systems are functioning properly.
- Ensure visual management scoreboards are operating correctly.
- Support Audio/Video activities.
- Attend meetings from the IT Executive Board.
- Provide Tier 1 user support and route issues to the proper support teams.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Work with internal and external teams to implement corporate projects.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows to improve operational efficiency.
- Create and support Power Apps solutions for manufacturing, maintenance, logistics, and administrative processes.
- Develop scripts and small applications to automate repetitive IT and business tasks.
- Integrate business systems using APIs, SQL databases, and Microsoft technologies.
- Maintain documentation for developed applications and automations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead digitalization initiatives during weekend coverage.
- Support reporting and dashboard development using Power BI and SQL data sources.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900).
- Microsoft Power Automate RPA Developer Associate (PL-500).
- Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200).
- Experience developing manufacturing support applications.
- Understanding of Industry 4.0, MES, ERP, and shop-floor integration concepts.

- Power Apps for maintenance requests, audits, and production support.
- Automated notifications and approval workflows.
- KPI dashboards and scoreboards improvements.
- Label printing automation.
- SQL-based reports and data extraction tools.
- IT self-service applications for end users.
- AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
