12-Hour Shifts | Days or Nights
NHC HealthCare Clinton, a respected 131-bed skilled nursing facility in the heart of South Carolina’s Upstate region—just a short drive from Greenville—is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate and professional care team.
We’re looking for a reliable and motivated nurse with strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for helping others. If you're a quick learner, value teamwork, and are comfortable using electronic health records, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to assess patients and develop individualized care plans

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician instructions

Administer medications and treatments as needed

Maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic medical records

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and fellow team members

Support a safe, clean, and respectful care environment
Qualifications

Current LPN license in the State of South Carolina

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented attitude

Experience with electronic documentation preferred
