Business Development & Strategy:
- Develop business plans, programs, and campaigns to drive asset growth focused on Financing and SME Financing.
- Manage external partnerships, stakeholder engagements, and participation in trade exhibitions, conferences, and events.
- Conduct briefings and training sessions across business centers to support sales throughput
Financing & Portfolio Targets:
- Drive targets for total financing assets, non-trade financing assets, SME financing percentage/volume, and approved halal financing assets.
Operational Support & Compliance:
- Oversee timely processing of applications, commodity trading, and business center queries.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, controls, and regulatory requirements.
