Description
Quality Technician
1st Shift Monday- Friday
7am-3:30pm
Weekly Attendance Bonus
Position is 1st shift full-time and eligible for benefits after 60 days. Benefit offerings include Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA with Employer Contribution, 401(k) with Company Match, Vacation time, Company Paid Holidays.
SUMMARY: This position works directly with injection molding parts with the direction of the Quality Manager collecting test and measurement data as indicated on the In Process Inspection Sheets. This position reports to the production supervisor but also works directly with the Quality Manager to ensure the products manufactured meet the customer requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect product for start- up approval on injection processes.
- Perform measurement and test procedures to satisfy in process inspections.
- Verify part to label inspections preparing for shipment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good math skills are a requirement.
- Understanding of measurement and test equipment.
- Work in a fast paced environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Previous manufacturing experience in a quality role. Injection Molding Experience is required.
- Ability to work overtime as scheduled.
