You will collaborate with finance teams and stakeholders across multiple locations, helping deliver high-quality financial information that supports business performance and compliance requirements. This role reports to the R&A FAC Senior Manager within the Finance Operations Centre.

  • Assist with audit activities, internal controls, and remediation initiatives.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in finance projects and respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and business stakeholders to support end-to-end financial processes.

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
  • Professional certifications such as CPA are an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and IFRS standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and able to perform effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Work schedule is typically 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. During month-end closing periods, support may be required on an adjusted schedule of 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM to meet business and reporting deadlines.
