About the role
This role is a senior project leadership position with both direct and matrix management responsibilities, requiring strong coordination across teams, functions, and partners to successfully deliver a high-value, high-risk donor-funded programme.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the achievement of the project intended outcomes, comply with donor and organisational requirements, overall leadership, management, and deliver sustainable impacts of the Forest Connect project in Papua New Guinea.
The role ensures:
- High-quality and timely delivery of project outcomes
- Effective coordination with partners and stakeholders
- Strong financial and compliance management
- Identification and management of risks
This is a senior leadership role, combining:
