As a Talent Development Ford Champ, you will be responsible of Continuous Education Strategy, Training Communication Strategy, Talent Development KPI’s and the implementation of several training programs.
What you´ll do:
Continuous Education Strategies - negotiation of discount agreements with universities and language schools.
Follow up Talent Development metrics.
Design and deploy learning strategies and training programs that address the training needs of employees in the company.
Training Needs Analysis to design training programs to acquire new skills and knowledge.
Assess the deployed programs and improve them as necessary.
Lead internal communication strategy related to Training Programs.
What you´ll need:
- Active student from any of the last 2 semesters of Communications, Human Resources, Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineering
- 90% English skills (Oral, reading, writing, and listening)
Strong analytical and communication skills
Previous Learning experience is helpful but not required
