Candidates must have the following qualifications:

• Proficient in using hand tools, such as soldering irons and other related equipment used for rework
• Capable of performing extraction and installation of the following component packages (SMD, BGA, BGA type connectors)
• Can perform DUT Pad replating, Trace rework and DUT Pad replacement
• Support hardware modifications (trace re-routing, Pad extension) incompliance with IPC standards
• Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics
• Hands-on experience in soldering or related work
• Ability to operate BGA machine is an advantage
• Experience in programming is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
