Build What’s Next With Us

Elite Insurance Partners (EIP) is looking for a proactive, highly organized Technology Project Manager to drive key technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery.

This is not a role focused on simply tracking tasks and taking meeting notes. You’ll own project momentum, leading sprint planning, coordinating internal teams and external vendors, identifying risks, removing blockers, and keeping stakeholders aligned around priorities, timelines, and results.

You’ll work closely with Technology leadership, developers, business leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams on projects that support EIP’s continued investment in technology, automation, AI, and digital innovation.

What You’ll Do

Drive Technology Projects

  • Manage multiple technology projects, timelines, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholders.
  • Build clear project plans with defined milestones, owners, deliverables, and target dates.
  • Lead projects from planning through implementation while maintaining visibility into progress and risks.
  • Keep stakeholders aligned as priorities, requirements, or timelines evolve.
  • Drive accountability and ensure action items do not stall between meetings.

Lead Sprint Planning & Prioritization

  • Coordinate current and upcoming technology sprints with development teams and Technology leadership.
  • Facilitate discussions around priorities, scope, capacity, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Ensure upcoming work is development-ready with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, sizing, and ownership.
  • Identify at-risk work early and develop a plan to keep delivery moving.
  • Help resolve competing priorities and establish realistic expectations with stakeholders.

Manage Vendors & External Partners

  • Serve as a key point of contact for technology vendors and external development partners.
  • Establish clear expectations around deliverables, deadlines, quality, and communication.
  • Monitor vendor performance and proactively address delays or gaps.
  • Hold partners accountable to agreed-upon commitments while maintaining productive relationships.

Identify Risks & Remove Blockers

  • Identify project risks before they impact deadlines or deliverables.
  • Develop and manage mitigation plans for risks, dependencies, and unresolved decisions.
  • Work across teams to remove blockers and maintain project momentum.
  • Recommend adjustments to scope, sequencing, resources, or timelines when needed.
  • Escalate critical decisions strategically and early.

Communicate With Leadership

  • Provide clear, concise project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
  • Prepare recurring reporting on progress, milestones, risks, delays, and next steps.
  • Analyze missed or adjusted deadlines and recommend process improvements.
  • Translate technical project information into clear business updates for nontechnical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in technology project management, project management, technology operations, project coordination, vendor management, or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile workflows, sprint planning, backlog management, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project/ticket management systems.
  • Experience working with developers, technology teams, vendors, or technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence leading meetings and driving decisions across different levels of an organization.
  • Ability to identify risks early and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability with the ability to work independently.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certification is a plus, but not required.
