Our Tier III Technician:

• Will assist clients who are experiencing any procedural or operating difficulty with the use of IT applications, products or services.
• Provide support for all Information Technology products and services.
• Determine the most effective manner to resolve client's technical issue.
• Update tickets with appropriate entries of activities and closes tickets with resolution entered upon completion of the job.
• Elevates complex and/or high priority problems to the appropriate support groups for resolution.
• Works on Help Desk related projects as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

This position requires experience in hardware, software and network troubleshooting.

• A+, Network+, or higher certifications required.
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Computer hardware/software maintenance
• Apple and/or Android setup and maintenance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent multi-tasking ability and prioritization skills
